PBI-G12-EVO

The PBI-G12-EVO Body armour is highly modular, composed of individual elements that can be easily combined, so that the Body armour can be adapted to various types of use (specialty, mission, level of risk) and at the same time ensure both ballistic protection and mobility required for field activities.

The objective of allowing an “operating balance” between the ballistic requirement and the lightness of the materials, was achieved with the PBI-G12-EVO Body armour, thanks to innovative design criteria, through which an extremely flexible product was obtained, able to switch from the lightweight equipment structure to the maximum protection level, through the simple combination of the different components available. The possible addition or removal of the latter, instead of using various tapes or buckles, is entrusted to robust zippers, able to firmly support the different structural components. In detail, the PBI-G12-EVO Body armour can go from one of the lightweight “Plate Carrier” configurations, called Fast Assault, to one of the heavy “Armour Carrier” configurations, called Combat Point, simply by adding elements through the zippers. This allows a fast and reliable adaptation of the bulletproof to a possible sudden change of the operating environment.
