Larimart S.p.a. company of the Leonardo group, leader in the creation of electronic user and persona protection solutions in the Defense, Security and Emergency sectors, is looking for HARDWARE DESIGNERS with graduates in electronic engineering who are competent, enterprising and have the ability to work in a team.

The candidate will be part of the engineering department, within a design and development team. You will have the opportunity to follow the product from concept to use for the customer.


  • Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering
  • English minimum level B1
  • Experience in the role> 2 years


  • Knowledge of digital and analogue HW design principles (schematic CAD)
  • Knowledge of C/C++ for micro-controller programming
  • Familiarity with EMI/EMC, ESD issues
  • Use of main laboratory instruments
  • Ability to work in a team with a collaborative spirit
  • Ability to interface with professionals with different training
  • Resourcefulness and proactivity in problem-solving

Responsibility and main activities

  • Analysis and study of product/system requirements and technical documentation
  • Study, design and development of digital/analogue hardware
  • HW/FW design and development of systems for voice/data communications, based on mixed analogue/digital technologies
  • FW development for microcontrollers, DSP, FPGA
  • Drafting of technical project documentation
  • Development and integration of communication systems, on board the vehicle (intercom) and dismbarked
  • Project checks, validation, testing
  • Possibility of inclusion in International Research Projects

Type of work: full time and in presence

Working hours: 35h per week from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm
